2. Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps 50 Hz7

The SCR Pumps are non-self-priming, vertical multistage centrifugal pumps. The in-line design enables the pumps to be installed in a horizontal one-pipe system where the suction and discharge ports are in the same horizontal plane and have the same pipe dimensions. This provides a more compact pump design and pipe-work. SHAKTI SCR pumps are available in various sizes and different number of stages to provide required flow and pressure for various applications from domestic to industrial to meet specific needs. The pump unit is designed for optimized hydraulics with different types of connections, outer sleeves and other parts. SCR pumps are available in different material of construction (MOC) depending upon the nature of applications.

Refractory Cement
Morgan Thermal Ceramics offers Refractory Monolithic Material for High Temperature Applications.
High strength products combine excellent performance with ease of installation.
Morgan Thermal Ceramics announces the availability of its high-strength, low cement range of refractory monolithic lining materials ideal for demanding, high temperature applications in the metals, incineration, power generation and minerals processing markets. The full range of products includes Tri-Mor® Morflo® low cement castable and Tri-Mor® Higun® low cement gunning materials. They offer excellent resistance to chemical attack and abrasion, combining the traditional high performance qualities of high fired brick with the ease of installation of a refractory castable.
These advanced materials are ideal for use in forge furnaces, rotary kilns, rotary hearths, pusher furnaces, skid kid pipe protections, and troughs for molten copper. The availability of the full range of products offers significant benefits, as walls and floors can be lined with the Morflo® castable material, while roofs can be gunned with the complementary Higun® material.
The Tri-Mor® Morflo® low cement castable materials feature high fluidity for ease of placement without any impact on strength. They can be installed in tough to place furnace areas with minimal vibration. They are available in two temperature grades– Tri-Mor® Morflo® 160 is rated to 2912°F (1600°C), while Tri-Mor® Morflo® 170 is rated for 3092°F (1700°C).
Tri-Mor® Higun® low-cement gunning materials, designed to be installed using conventional gunite equipment, combines the superior physical properties of a low-cement monolithic with the placement advantages of a gunning material. They are available in two temperature grades - Tri-Mor® Higun® 160 rated to 2912°F (1600°C) grade and Tri-Mor® Higun® 170 rated up to 3092°F (1700°C).
Along with a complete range of refractory monolithic products, Morgan Thermal Ceramics also offers expert engineering design support, with professionals who can recommend high performance, cost effective products and designs for specific applications.

Pressure and Temperature Gauges

1. Pressure gauges
We offer pressure gauges from Baumer that can draw on a substantial depth of experience with electronic and mechanical pressure measurement devices. As the inventor of the Bourdon tube, Baumer Process Instrumentation (formerly Bourdon-Haenni) is a proven expert in manometers.
We stock gauges 1.6, 6, 10, 16, 20, 25, 40, 60, 100, 200, 250, 350, 400 and 600 bar in different dial sizes of 2.1/2", 3", 4", 6" and 10" with both bottom entry and back entry. Gauges available in both options with damping fluid and without damping fluid.2. Temperature gauges
Mechanical thermometers are a good choice for a local display close to the process. They function reliably even without any current being supplied to the system and allow you to check the process' condition. Our product range also includes electronic temperature measuring equipment and is constructed in a flexible modular way. The CombiTemp system includes a series of basic elements which can be combined as various temperature sensors and temperature measurement transmitters.
Temperature gauges available 0-60, 0-100, 0-200, 0-160, 0-200, 0-250, 0-400, 0-500 with 4" dial range.3. Temperature switches
Thermal processes require regulation and control, reason why you encounter temperature switches everywhere. By opening or closing the circuit, the switches start or stop a process (pumps, coolers, heaters, etc).

4. Spitmaan Spiral Wound Gaskets
Construction: Special Spring like Metal strips are wound with an Asbestos Filler by a special process to assure a leak proof seal. The sealing is done by the Asbestos Filler and the metal strip provides the spring. This combination of metal and soft asbestos Filler piles compresses to its predetermined thickness under bolting pressure and thereby preventing leakage within the limit of its specified pressure and temperature ranges. With the addition of Centering devices, adapt "SPITMAAN" Spiral Wound Gaskets to use on many types of flanges and closures.
Materials:
Standard materials are type 304 Stainless steel with white Canadian (Chrysotlie) Asbestos Filler.
Materials available are:
Metals | Fillers |
---|---|
Type 304 Stainless | Compressed Asbestos Jointing Strips |
Type 316 Stainless | P.T.F.E. Sintered Strip |
Aluminium | Asbestos paper |
Copper | White Chrysotile Asbestos |
Monel | Blue African Crocidolite |
Steel, Plain | Grafseal |
Steel, Zinc Coated |
Gasket Thickness Available:
Normal | Actual |
---|---|
1/8" (3.2 mm) | .125" - .005" (3.2 mm) |
3/16" (4.8mm) | .175" - .005" (4.5 mm) |
Hints Of Installation & Maintenance:
When installing a Spiral Wound Gasket, check the dimensions of the Gaskets for use between pipe and pressure vessel flanges. The procedure is as follows:-
1. Measure ID of flange contact face.
2. Measure Gasket ID. If Gasket ID is not 1/8" larger than flange ID, do not use it unless it can be installed perfectly centered.
3. A Spiral Wound Gasket does not have the same feel as other Metallic or Non-Metallic Gaskets during the bolting-up. It's different-because it gives a little bit under each bolt as it is tightened. It is therefore important to tighten the bolts in small steps in proper sequence as shown hereunder. Final tightening must be uniform with each bolt pulling same load. This will guarantee a trouble free joint. If not uniform, the joint may leak-particularly after it has been in hot service. Tighten the bolts after 24 hours and again a week later.
How To Order:
When ordering "SPITMAAN" Spiral Wound Gaskets, give the following information:
1. Quantity
2. Gasket shape
3. Inside and outside Dimension of Gaskets
4. Flange width
5. Gasket Thickness
6. Operating Pressure
